                                                   Exchange and Cooperation Memo
 
                                                                            between
 
                      Xiuzhou High School, Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province, P. R. of China
 
                                                                               and
 
                             Støvring Gymnasium, County of Northern Jutland, Denmark
 
 
This memo is initiated under a common desire for cooperation and exchange by Støvring Gymnasium, the County of Northern Jutland, Denmark and Xiuzhou High School, Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province, P. R. of China.
 
Both sides hereby agree to expand the basis for friendship and to further develop cooperation and exchange in the following areas:
 
 

1. A regular and continuous exchange of a number of staff members and students, whenever possible based on private hosting.
   
    
2. A further exchange of teaching experiences, textbooks and other materials and resources concerning education. 
   
    
3. The organization of summer activities for language training and for the promotion of cultural exchange and understanding.
   
    
4. A regular and continuous employment by Xiuzhou High School of young assistant English teachers from Støvring Gymnasium, normally for the duration of one term.

 
The detailed practical programmes of this memo are to be discussed and agreed upon by both parties and then carried out.
 
This memo will come into force on the date of its signature by both parties after being accepted by the authorities concerned. It may be terminated by either school at any time provided the terminating school gives written notice of intent at least six months prior to the date of termination.
